Refund Policy

At Education Advocates Online, we are committed to delivering personalized, high-quality support to every client. Due to the nature of our services—which involve individualized time, preparation, and communication—we have outlined the following refund policy:
🔹 1. One-Time Consultations
If you need to cancel a scheduled one-time consultation, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time:
✅ Eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost. -
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or no-shows:
❌ Non-refundable, but we may offer rescheduling at our discretion.
🔹 2. Ongoing Advocacy or Monthly Support Plans
Monthly packages or multi-session services are billed in advance.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before the next billing cycle.

We do not issue partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle once services have begun.

If you're unsatisfied, we encourage you to reach out. We will make every effort to resolve concerns or adjust future service terms.
🔹 3. Customized Documents or Strategy Plans
All document preparation, strategy development, or personalized support materials are non-refundable once work has started. If there is an issue with your materials, please contact us and we’ll work with you to correct or clarify any part of the deliverable.
